Very disappointed that I took the TDI repair instead of returning the car because I’m already having trouble with it with only about 3,000 miles on it since the missions fix! And the car does not perform satisfactorily since the fix.

Brought my EOS in for a weird issue that was going on. I had some kind of black liquid running down inside the wheel well and getting on my wheel and tire and then getting splattered all over the side of the vehicle around the wheel well. Josh, Brandon and I were all baffled and had no idea. The mechanic pulled the inner wheel well lining off and found a mouse nest in there from the vehicle being stored in the wintertime but their was no damage from that. Had my 2016 VW fully checked out before taking an East to West coast road trip with my daughter so I would have peace of mind while we traveled. So much for planning as we spent the first 10 hour leg of the trip with no A/C in 95 degree weather. We went to Gurley VW service first thing in the morning hoping they could help. Joshua was super helpful.!!! He had the needed part ordered and delivered within an hour of us arriving. and the A/C fixed within 4 hours!!!! SOOOO thankful for his help. The experience was excellent. I arrived, was greeted promptly, problem was explained, and they immediately began finding the problem. Once the problem was identified, I was informed of the solution, and informed of the cost. When I provided my consent, they began the process of getting my car back on the road. They provided me a ride home and was prepared to pick me up once my car was ready, if Ineeded a ride to pick it up.

Purchased 2 key FOB’s online and need they programmed. $75 & less then a hour I was all set. Plus a free car wash. Thanks!!!

I love the text alert and response system couple with detailed list of recommended work. Josh always works to schedule quickly and follows up alert system with a phone call to insure I know what’s happening with my vehicle

My only complaint was the quote for replacing the cabin air filter was almost $200.00. This was extremely high, even higher than an oil change from the dealership.

Service shops and stress-free are usually not used in the same sentence, unless you take your car to Gurely Leep Mercedes Service. Fred and Chris continually go above and beyond to make sure each visit is as smooth as possible.

I called to set up the appointment. They got me in in about a week. I received email and text updates on the status before and during service. The work was done when they said it would be done. Payment and pick up were quick and easy.

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime, but the level of service at Gurley Leep VW was unparalleled. Larry was exceptional and even came in on his day off to meet with me. Several other salesmen (Jordan) were coming up to congratulate me on my purchase. It was the best experience I have had at a car dealership.

I have been lied to by a salesperson, the finance manager (multiple times and threatened to sue me to cover up his mistakes), the Manager of Service Department as well as another staff person in the service department. Erin was patient and so knowledgeable that I went home with a new GLC! Everyone spent the time I needed to answer questions as I moved through the process. A very friendly place!

My primary issue was the final replacement of the airbag. While there I asked for an oil change also. They completed all this work in the predicted time. Also send me a list of items that are becoming due for service. I asked for an estimate for replacing all the struts. This estimate, along with your list, will help me plan future maintenance vistis.

The service is excellent, they gave me a loaner car while they changed the oil and fixed the breaks; then I just had to return the loaner car, pay and pickup my car.
