Michael at Gurley Leep motorworks made it so simple for me. I don't know much about cars and this is my first lease. As a single mom, its intimidating to go into car dealerships but Michael was very communicative. My biggest thing was convenience. This is the second car I have purchased from Jeff. He understood the reasons for my wanting to trade in my vehicle. He arranged a no pressure test drive of the vehicle I was interested in and explained all the features. I was offered a fair trade for my vehicle. Jeff searched the data bank for the color and features I was looking for, found it and I took delivery four days later. He once again went over all the features and assured me I could call any time with questions.

Knew what I wanted. They had it parked in front of the showroom waiting, walked in, and walked out with my thumb drive of agreements, and got in my new ride. Had some coffee and a quick chat. I didn't feel pressured to buy and everyone was flexible with when I could come look at the car and finalize the purchase.
Service phone system does not work. In three tries I never received a call back. But I learned the trick. Hang up and call again right away! Before I learned the trick I was ready to drive to Kalamazoo. Once I spoke with a human all was fine, although it’s pretty clear that not everyone there is up to speed on EVs.

This dealer deserves 100 STARS!!!! MARK LEBO saved the day for my mother coming to chicago from Michigan. She hit a pothole and shattered her rim. Rental car places were closed, the mark did not have a loaner car to give. She was in a helpless situation crying her eyes out and MARK came through!!!!
